Candidates reviewing companies.

[A Note From The Creator]
Companies vet candidates exhaustively — background checks, reference calls, take-home tests, months of interviews. Candidates have almost no way to vet companies back. This board exists to close that gap, even a little.
Right now, the hiring process is largely a black box from the outside. Automated rejections that arrive minutes after applying. Months of silence after four rounds of interviews. Salary ranges hidden until deep into the process, if they're ever disclosed at all. Listings that stay "open" long after the role was filled, or that may never have been real to begin with. None of this gets written down anywhere a candidate can see it before they spend hours on a cover letter.
This isn't about revenge, and it isn't about any one person. It's about pattern visibility. One bad experience might be a fluke. A hundred people logging the same posting, the same silence, the same reposted listing — that's information worth having.
Every entry here came from someone who actually went through it. Be honest, be specific, and remember someone else is going to read this before they decide whether to apply at all. That's the whole point.

[Privacy Policy]
Last updated: 2026. For External Use ("the site," "we," "us") is a public board where candidates share their experiences applying to jobs. This policy explains what information we collect and how it's used. This is a small, independently-run project — if anything here is unclear, email us at hi@forexternaluse.com.
What you submit is public. There is no private account system on this site. Anything you type into the submission form — company, role, your account of what happened, and any optional details you choose to add — is stored in our database and displayed publicly to anyone who visits the site. Please don't submit anything you wouldn't want permanently public, including names, ages, or locations for yourself or anyone else — the site's own guidelines ask you not to include this information in the first place.
What we collect automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers (currently Cloudflare and Supabase) may automatically log standard technical information — such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps — as part of normal web traffic and security monitoring. We don't personally review this data; it exists at the infrastructure level to keep the site running and secure.
Anonymous identifiers. To let you edit your own posts later, the site assigns your browser an anonymous session identifier when you visit. This identifier is not linked to your name, email, or any other personal information — it exists solely so the site can recognize "this post belongs to this visitor" for editing purposes. We do not use it to track you across other websites.
Email. If you email us directly (for example, to report a post or ask a question), we'll have your email address and whatever you send us. We use this only to respond to you and to address the issue you raised. We don't add you to a mailing list or share your email with anyone else.
Cookies and advertising. This site may display advertising served by third parties, including Google. Google and other third-party vendors may use cookies — including Google's use of first-party and third-party cookies — to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site or other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings, or generally by visiting www.aboutads.info/choices.
We don't sell your data. We don't sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
Removing content. Since there are no accounts or passwords, we can't offer an automated "delete my data" button tied to a login. If you'd like a post removed — yours or one you believe violates the site's guidelines — email hi@forexternaluse.com with a link or description of the post, and we'll review it.
Children's privacy. This site addresses employment and hiring topics and isn't intended for children. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy. We may update this policy as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.

[Terms of Use]
Last updated: 2026. By using For External Use ("the site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Questions go to hi@forexternaluse.com.
What this site is. For External Use is a public board where job applicants can share their own, first-hand experiences with the hiring process — outcomes, timelines, and process details. It is not affiliated with any company or organization discussed here.
Your content, your responsibility. You retain ownership of what you submit. By posting, you grant this site a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute that content publicly as part of the site. You're solely responsible for what you post, and you confirm it reflects your own genuine experience, to the best of your knowledge.
What's not allowed. Don't post: full names, ages, addresses, or other identifying details about yourself or any other private individual; content that's knowingly false or defamatory; threats, harassment, or hate speech; spam or unrelated advertising; anything illegal. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines, at our discretion, without notice.
Opinions, not verified facts. Posts on this site are individual accounts of personal experiences. We do not independently verify claims made in submissions, and we make no guarantee of their accuracy. Content reflects the views of the person who submitted it, not the site itself.
No warranty. This site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or permanently available.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, For External Use and its creator are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on content posted by others.
Age requirement. You must be at least 18 years old to submit content to this site.
Changes. We may update these terms as the site evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
This is a general-purpose template and hasn't been reviewed by a lawyer for any specific jurisdiction. If this site grows, it's worth having an attorney review these terms.

You're adding this to a shared board — anyone who opens this page can see what you submit. If another submission already exists for this job link, yours will join that stack instead of a separate pin. Keep it about the job and the process — no names, ages, or locations for yourself or anyone else. This is a quick log — you can add more detail right after, or come back and edit it later.
Submissions are public and stored so everyone sees the same board. There's no login — your own posts are recognized on this device/account and can be edited later; anyone else can view but not edit them. See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use for details.
